Refund policy

Thank you so much for supporting House of Meadows and allowing my work to become part of your space - it means the world to me. Each piece is made with care, and I’m deeply grateful for every order.

Because all physical prints are made to order through a trusted production partner, returns and refunds are not accepted for change-of-mind, sizing decisions, or buyer’s remorse.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, I am happy to make it right. Please contact sophii@houseofmeadows.co within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and a replacement or refund will be arranged.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

Due to the nature of digital artwork, all digital purchases are final. If you experience any issues with your files or downloads, please don’t hesitate to reach out - I’m always happy to help.
